Opened in 2002, the Cruise Terminal hosts over 100,000 passengers and 35,000 crew members each year. Approximately 55,000 of those passengers start or finish their cruise at Quebec. To accomodate these passengers are five different cruise lines which offer 22 departures or arrivals at Quebec. Cruise lines stopping at the Quebec terminal include, Holland America, Princess Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Cunard, MSC Cruises and Norwegian Cruise Lines.

Several cruise ships can be docked at one time utilizing quays 19, 21 (206m.) and 22 (325m.). An elevated passageway provides a covered link from the ships to the terminal. The larger cruise ships carry from 2,000 to 2,500 passengers.

The terminal is also available for rent through Espaces Dalhousie for meetings, conferences, trade shows etc. The 45,000 sq. ft. facility can accommodate up to 1870 people.
