There has been a 67 hectare large [one hectare – 10 000 m² (sq.m)] lot selected for the implementation of this project, which is 13 kilometres or 15 minute ride away from downtown Riga, sitting between Juglasciema Blvd, Sidraburgas St. and Kalejgravja St., at the bank of Juglas River and Juglas Lake, in the midst of the pine tree circle.

The East side of Juglasciems has a view on the rising sun, on the pine tree forest preserve and the Juglas River, its South side has a view of the pine tree forest preserve, the West side – a view on the Juglas Lake, Sudrabsalinu, Briezhuragu, and Juglas Rivers, and, finally, its North side is surrounded by the Juglas River, pine tree forest preserve, and the Mashenu Lake known to be richly bird populated. The natural river created ground stripe seems to be excellent to spend a leisure time there: to walk around, to swim, and to go fishing.
