This area is a People's Liberation Army Naval Base. When one climbs up to the upper levels of a pavilion situated in the highest ground in the Song-Yuan Yamen Naval Battle Cultural Tourism District (situated to the southeast) and look to the northwest, several frigate or corvette class vessels can be spotted by the river shore.
(An earlier version of the satellite image used to be censored, with the area being blacked-out (white-washed?) to conceal the base. The current version clearly shows the area and the vessels.)
