An hydro-electric power generating facility located in Gatineau, Quebec just north of the Ottawa River. It has four generating units with an installed capacity of 105 MW, channelling water from an upstream dam through a 1.6 km tunnel to the powerhouse and into a small forebay. Considered a reliable landmark due to the extant twin water towers in Masson-Angers that can be seen for miles in all directions, it interconnects with the Québec and Ontario power grids.
It was developed in 1933
