Luxury brick mansion with a burgundy tint built in 1899 in neo-Renaissance style. It is decorated with columns and rich stucco. There is also a small patio.
Initially, the owners have arranged a profitable home building, home to a very successful and wealthy residents of the capital. We also know that it was erected by order of the Kiev influential merchant, a certain Mr. Horoshanskogo who multiplied his fortune thanks to a good marriage.
And in the neighborhood previously housed fairly modest two-storey house, where there were shops - milk and clothing. But in Soviet times the building was demolished and in its place is now one-story room where the "prescribed" one of the capital's upmarket restaurants.
