St Benedict’s Teachers’ College was established as a Catholic Education Agency teacher education college in 1968 and has made a significant contribution to teacher education over the years. Divine Word University accepted responsibility for St Benedict’s through amalgamation in August 2003 and remains committed to the provision of educational programs, particularly teacher education, from the St Benedict’s Campus.
