Monument to Bartolomeo Francesco Rastrelli ( eng.tzar.ru/museums/history/architects/rastrelli ). Based on Pietro Rotari's 1750s portrait, the bronze mounment to the renowned Italian creator of the Catherine Palace was built in 1991 by sculptor M. Litovchenko and architect S. Mikhailov.
