This the main city of Halle Westfalen. Around it, there are many towns like Hörste, Bokel or Kölkebeck, that belong to Halle. In Halle there is the Gerry Weber Stadion, where a yearly Tennis Turnament takes place. It's also famous, because the HANDBALL WM 2007 took place here.
