Shark Island

A beautiful Island and dive location at Latitude:25° 21.106' N, Longitude:56° 22.578' E, a few minutes off the shores of Khor Fakkan . For divers the site offers beautiful rock formations at between 6-15 metres. and home to moray eels, rays, as well as several fish species such as, sergeant fish, puffers, and batfish. To the south of the island there is a 12-metre deep sand basin which leads to a garden of vividly coloured coral and anemone.

Shark Island belongs to the Emirate of Sharjah.
