The charming two bed room tree house on wonderful century aged buton tree is located beside Pacific coast in Dibutunan right alongside the main road leading to Casiguran, Aurora. It lies inside one of the Halos farm properties, who also owns the resort; a private farm with an area of 30,000 square meters which starts from shoreline and extends up to the peak of the mountain where peace, privacy and relaxation are guaranteed.
Basic essential amenities and services ( bus stop, vans, tricycle rides) with available coverage of broad band internet connection.

How to get there?

From the center of Baler Aurora, take a bus or drive going to Casiguran Aurora. It will only take you 30 miniutes to reach the place. Once you have arrived at the Barangay Dibutunan welcome post, you will see the log house and a swimming pool along the highway.

At Mountain & Bay Side you can have a picnic by the coast of the Pacific. You can choose from a budget umbrella nipa cottage to a family size cottage. Relax on water treated swimming pools and an assurance of water tested. A less than 50 meters of zip line where you can come across with your fear of heights is also available. Conquer the adrenaline rush as you slide down the cable across the swimming pool area. For nature lover you can have a hike or climb the mountain peak and have a breath taking view of the Pacific coast and take a fresh breath of a clean forest non polluted air.
If you are planning for a long stay, rooms are also available. A fresh fitted bed sheet, blankets, clean towels and a private toilet are provided. Linens are changed and room cleaning service is provided once a day. Check-in time is 12 noon and check-out time will be 2PM. Also the access to swimming pool is free of charge while the room is being occupied. Overnight stay and a transient for traveller can also be provided. Teenagers are barred unless accompanied by their kin.
For group of adventure seeker, we are nearby Dibutunan series of waterfalls. The falls is 1,000 meters above sea level and only 5,000 meters away from the resort. Going by walk you will come across your trail through the forest.
A non refundable deposit of 10% is required to reserve your booking and the balance to be paid in full before departure.

Changeover dates and times are flexible as long as they don't clash with other bookings. Please inquire for further details.

Please note that the room is strictly non smoking but smoking is permitted on open area. Pets are generally not allowed in the area but please inquire as we are flexible.
Upcoming Developments
Following our success, Mountain & Bay Side is now constructing new building to house future function and banquet activities. In addition, another tree house is to be constructed attached to this new building to satisfy demands from repeat and new customers.
