The manor, which was first mentioned in the 17th century, was associated with the von Stackelbergs. In 1877, the (Late-) Classicist wooden main building was completed (today it is used as a flat block). By the historical distribution the manor was in Jõhvi Parish in Virumaa County. By the present administrative distribution it belongs to the Mäetaguse Municipality in Ida-Virumaa County.
