A pine-paneled coffee shop, with a outdoor deck facing the lake. It's a popular local spot in the mornings, and a hit with tourists, too.
The Java Moose serves specialty coffees, soup, sandwiches, morning baked goods and old fashioned ice cream. The Java Moose also has a second location, seasonally, on the beach adjacent to the Lake Superior Trading Post.
