A huge mall developed by Pyramid, opened 1990 as Carousel Center. Originally it was a three level mall with an additional five stories jutting out in the center (offices and the former Skydeck). In 2007, it began the Destiny USA project, which was originally going to expand throughout the entire inner harbor area, but those plans were cancelled. Most of the planned space ended up being auxiliary parking (since a good portion of the lots were destroyed for the expansion). A bridge (not shown yet on aerial) links it to the main mall area.
The three-level expansion opened in 2012, bringing the mall (now named Destiny USA) to having four levels of retail.
