  • The city that aspires to look like little Tokyo and is always desperate not to get behind. The authority in this prefecture has pretty well succeeded in getting rid of all chaotic factors which are born out of genuine power of people. Thus the residents here can live and work peacefully and "normally" without much disturbance . People, especially those in the central areas are feeling ease to indulge themselves in capitalism-driven consumption. This is why this city is counted as one of the most easy-to-live cities in the world. What a Shitty.
