This beautiful farm build in 1867 will become a boutique hotel consisting of 20 farmhouses with a footprint of 36 m2 on a ground plus one layout and a plot size of 200 m2.
Non of the old trees or plants will be touched and only the field will be converted into this exciting project. The Main building will house reception and restaurant while the stable will become the spa.
