Settlement Shores is a waterfront residential project
Located adjacent the Hastings River at Port Macquarie on the mid north coast of NSW.
The project commenced in 1971 and, through 7 prior land release stages, has become the jewel in the Port Macquarie real estate crown generating dramatic growth in land values since its inception.
The nature of the project - a ‘canal development' - has come under fire by various interest groups leading the NSW Labor Government to prohibit further developments of this style. Effectively, Settlement Shores is the last ‘canal estate' allowed in NSW.
