Estate originally built by Charles Dieterich, founder of a company which was a precursor to Union Carbide. Later purchased by one branch of the Mellon family (the Hitchcocks). In 1963 three Hitchcock siblings let Timothy Leary use the estate for his experiments with LSD etc. Now apparently back in private use by the Hitchcock family. Polygon is quite approximate.
