this is the area of village JAMRAL's HALQuA'.it is a small village about 16 k.m. from district capital kathua ......it lies to the north west border area of kathua close to eastern side of river UJH.it can be reached by any of the routes......from national highway near chack sakta via mahi chack ,sumwan road length is 8.5.k.m.....froh barnoti via phalote or padiyari towards sumwan....towards airwan shiv m,andir.roadlength is approx. 10 k.m........kathua to jamral route via NAGRI.....16k.m.......pallimore to nagri..route.........12k.m........bamial to nagri...route distance=14 k.m........it is north to the AIRWAN SHIV MANDIR........total population is 750.......main occuption is agriculture.......30% people are OBCs.......40%SCs and 10%general....5%gujjars and 5%other hindus...............
