Former site of General Motors North Tarrytown Assembly Plant. Originally built in 1903 to produce automobiles for the Maxwell- Briscoe Company, it was purchased by GM and began making Chevrolets in 1915. The plant was closed in 1996 to be converted into a residental development called Lighthouse Landing.
It is now known as Edge-on-Hudson with landscaping planned by Nelson Byrd Woltz Landscape Architects.
