    Traditionally belonging to Ali Khan Hajebi, this village has now grown to be a full fledge town. It is strategically placed in the corridor, connecting Hamedan to Saveh. The old silk road sits roughly 2 km north of this juncture. The Shahsavan nomads frequent this area. To the south, there are numerous Walnut groves, intersected by traditional vineyards. It has a rather cold climate in the winter and hot/dry summers.
