This is not "Creek" but Kupang Bay or Teluk Kupang, a c. 40 km2 area of intertidal mangrove, mudflats with some of this natural habitat converted to aquaculture ponds for salt. The area supports Estuarine Crocodile, with one human death every year or so. There are also about 60 waterbirds recorded in the area including about 35 Palearctic migrant shorebirds that winter at the site especially September through to May. But 100s of birds sometimes oversummer in June and July. It has been proposed as a Park, Recreation reserve perhaps.
