An architectural monument of national importance.
Initially, this place had two houses of the 14-17th centuries, from the beginning of the 18th century both houses stood in ruins.
In 1773 the ruins were sold to the Lviv architect Petro Poleiovskyi, who built a new three-story baroque house on this area.
In 1778 it was damaged by fire, then it became the property of the state councilor Joseph Mir, and it was rebuilt by the architect Pierre-Denis Guibaut in 1781-1783.
Today the house has four floors.

From 1857 The Financial Prosecutor's Office was located here, from 1929 – "The Religious Library" Society, from 1933 – The Union of Armenians.
