  To the contrary, they have been and are using the F-14 stuff. Unless they've retrofitted new thermal batteries and rocket motors, the Phoenix missiles are probably toast. But, a number of current aviation trade rags have shown the birds mated to other air-to-air missiles. As for cruise missiles, these ordinance bunkers would need a conventional cruise missile *each*. A near miss or a load of cluster bomblets wouldn't do the trick.
