Very Ancient Shiva temple, and teh idol of Lord Shiva is the rare Panchmukhi. The temple is said to be as old as Mahakal temple of Ujjain. It is manitained by the akhadas of Haridwar.
There is a large "Kund" where people take bath to relieve their skin dieseas.

Since ages, every year on Nagapanchami day a fair is organized just near the temple area.

Also the cemetery area i.e "Chatri" of local Pawar's is near the temple premises.
