The Capiz State University(CapSU)is a public university in the Philippines. It is mandated to provide advanced instruction and professional training in agriculture, fishery and forestry, science and technology, arts and humanities, education and other related fields. It is also mandated to undertake research, extension services and production activities and provide progressive leadership in its area of specialization. The center of administration of the university is located at Roxas City.
It is formerly known as Panay State Polytechnic College, with campuses scattered across the whole province.
