In this village Qureshi is a prominent tribe. Their ancestors were from Baghdad(iraq) and came in subcontinent with the entrance of Muhammad Bin Qasim as Islamic preachers. The tomb of their ancestor Shah Masoud Naroori is situated in Mohalla Narora, Sirinager (Kashmir) beside the tomb of Hazrat Syed Ahmed Kirmani. Shah Masoud was known-ed as the Khalifa-e-Azam of Syed Ahmed Kirmani. He was also the ancestor of Sheikh-ul-Hadees Hazrat Molana Anwer Shah Kashmiri. There are many darbars (Tombd) of the saint belonging with this family i.e. Baba Majnoo Naroori, Mir Sana-ullah Zunmiri, Baba Sehsa Reshi and so on. Hazrat baba Al-Saboor came in Poonch then in Haveli for preaching purpose on the request of his followers(Sheikh Yaqoob and others of Soli)and married in that Sheikh family. Then his grandson Faqeerullah came to jarlan in the start of Nineteenths century.
