Shepetivka (Ukrainian: Шепетівка; Russian: Шепетовка, Shepetovka) is a city located on the Huska River in the Khmelnytskyi Oblast (province) of Western Ukraine. The city's population is 48,212 (as of 2001 Ukrainian census). Shepetivka is a city of oblast subordinance, and the administrative center of Shepetivskyi Raion (district).

Shepetivka was first mentioned in historical documents in 1594, and is an important railway node with five transit routes intersecting here. Sheptivka is located 100 km away from Khmelnytskyi, the oblast's capital
