(Nai Abadi) Ayub Abad is situated in Tehsil Dina & Jhelum District, northern Punjab, Pakistan. The village is approximately seven kilometres from Dina, 20 kilometres from Jhelum City and about 100 kilometres from Capital City of Islamabad. The village is named after (late) Haji Mohammed Ayub who had major contributions to resettle descendants of Tajpoor Mera village near Dudyaal (District Mirpur Azad Kashmir) who were displaced from submerged village as a result of the dam being built in 1960s. This village is expanding and currently holds about 200 houses with majority of the community have settled in the United Kingdom.
