Excellent spot for a pint. Keele folk, students, and profs frequent the pub. Juke box, wooden tables, benches, and darts. Much better than the posher spots down in Newcastle or on the campus. 4 stars. And listen to the old folks in Keele village -- they've seen things and they know things that others don't.
