  • Its Chakfateha surrounded by Baranhi, Adauri, Belwa ghat & Bagmati River
  • Initially, Chakfateha was situated on bank of river Baghmati, After building a dam over baghmati the villagers was shifted 5 Km east. I had been there many times stayed at my friend house "Brahma Nand". I know a gentleman from this village "Shree Pandit Bhola Nand Mishra Vinit" He was a sanskrit teacher in High School Sonaul Sultan.
  • I have been there many times as i originally belong to this place. It presents a great examples of a society which shows a real picture of how rural people lives in a viallge having helping attitude for each other and share every moment and situation either it be happyness or sorrow. It has already been 3 years of my visit to this village n my real house. But still i am so close to my house as i was there. I wish if i could get spare time from my filming schedule now so that could visit here again. Miss u everyone.....
  • I am an Inhabitant of this village. My father Pandit Shri Narayandutt Mishra is a well known name here. Dr Sachchidanand Mishra, Dr Ghanshyam Mishra and Dr Shivakant Mishra are His Sons who have earned good reputation in the field of Indological studies. I am proud to be a part of this family, their youngest brother and most importantly this Village. Chakafateha has been following its traditions and Culture since age unknown. There is a festival in during the Dussehara during which people of this village create a flag which they call "Jhanda"; a magnificient embrodaried piece made up of bamboos and is about 200 ft in height having a diameter of 2 meters.
