The Fenner wind farm is located about 20 miles ESE of central Syracuse, in the Town of Fenner, Madison County, New York. Completed in 2001, it consists of 20 wind turbines with a combined nominal capacity of 30 MW.
In December 2009 one of the towers collapsed (#18, the most southwesterly tower) and was replaced in 2012. As a result 19 of the turbines are Enron (now GE Energy) 1.5s (1.5MW) units, and 1 is a Goldwind GW82/1500 (1.5MW) turbine.

The Fenner Windpower Project is owned by Canastota Windpower, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Enel North America, Inc. www.enel.it/northamerica/
