Our Honor, We would like to invite your kind attention that Historic Holy Place "SANKALP BHOOMI" , located on the bank of river VISHWAMITRI at SAYAJIBAUG, VADODARA, GUJARAT, INDIA . Here at this holy place , the thoughts were germinated in the mind of Chief architect of " CONSTITUTION OF INDIA" , Champion of Social justice, Equality , Humanity........ , while " Bharat Ratan Dr. B. R. Ambedkar" had sat under the shade of LIVING HERITAGE -- SANKALP VRAKSH ( Banyan tree ) at SANKALP BHOOMI SAYAJI BAUG , with heavy heart , carrying tears in his Eyes.........., after humiliation ................... He was alighted to take Sankalp on that day 23rd Sept. 1917, to devote his whole life for upliftment of the people of depressed classes, to fight against inequality, inhumanity..... in order to set - up UNIVERSAL WAYS of social harmony in the broken society of India and abroad. Finally , by facing lot of hurdles , he reached up to his goal i.e. The Chief Architect of Constitution of India and he expressed his " SANKALP" of that day in " Constituent Assembly" in the name / form of "PREAMBLE" of " CONSTITUTION OF INDIA" on 26 -11-1949 {( The 'PREAMBLE' of our Constitution reminds us that our goal is to secure to all its citizens: justice, social economic & political, equality of status & of opportunity of to promote amongst the citizens of this country fraternity assuring the dignity of the individual & the unity of the Nation. Nation's' interest will be best served taking a long range view, if the backward classes are helped to march forward & take their place in a line with the advanced section of the people )} are as shown that : ............................................................. CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PREAMBLE WE, THE PEOPLE OF INDIA, having solemnly resolved to constitute India into a SOVEREIGN SOCIALIST SECULAR DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC and to secure to all its citizens: * JUSTICE, social, economic and political; * LIBERTY of thought, expression, belief, faith and worship; * EQUALITY of status and of opportunity; and to promote among them all * FRATERNITY assuring the dignity of the individual and the unity and integrity of the Nation; IN OUR CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY this twenty-sixth day of November, 1949, do HEREBY ADOPT, ENACT AND GIVE TO OURSELVES THIS CONSTITUTION. ................................................................. However it is requested to make miner modification in train name i.e. sankalp to “Bheem sankalp” Further Vide our various correspondence since 2007 pertaining to start “sankalp bhoomi”
