The area of the rubber goods plant was built for the workers of the plant. After the collapse of the union, the plant was closed for lack of orders.

At the plant, a workers' settlement was built as part of 3 microdistricts, where 25 thousand people lived. After the bankruptcy of the enterprise in RTI, interruptions in water and electricity supply began. Gradually, most of the residents moved out of their apartments. Nowadays there are 106 empty high-rise buildings in the village. The picture is complemented by a neuropsychiatric dispensary built here in 2010.
The object is often visited by stalkers.
