Liveaboard and recreational boat moorage on North Portland Harbor. Great for close proximity to sailing on the Columbia River. Shower, bathroom, and laundry facilities on the water and in the parking lot. During the Summer the water level lowers to the point that the floating bathroom, shower, and laundry room grounds and tilts, fouling the plumbing. This is frustrating and an inconvenience. Home to the Island Cafe and The Sailing Life boat brokerage. In my opinion, one of the best places available to live on your boat and be close to both town and Columbia River sailing. Sextant's Chandelry is just across the road for your vessel tinkering supplies, as well.
