But if you dont pull-up your socks in your standards of operations in areas to go back like it was befor 2013 especially in general standards of Guards and their late patments and underpayments improve that, befor you contribut to your downfall which is in the coner.
  • actually it has good guards like one who used to work at post bank head office by than he was the in charge we missed him when he went away because always the MD used to recommend him as a very well disciplined man to work with. and almost every staff a appreciated his work we recall that he was Nabende Christopher 6937 some thing of the sort we were informed that he had joined Uganda Christian university for studies but we still miss him and we pray when he finishes we work we him any were .may God bless him when he is .from HR department .
  • guards who claim it pays less when we sow some guards being appreciated and using the little salary to pay fees in high school and now they are graduates , like one who used to work at ecobank head office who by than was the in-charge recently graduated from UCU mukono in the names of NABENDE CHRISTOPHER how was he using the little pay to we have enough pay to workers or its all about how to plane spend the little you get.guards should approach him and ask how he managed to do that using the little payments to plan for his future while other guards concentrated on claiming the little pay and planing what to steal at various sites he concentrated on making his future more bright we saran should not recruits guards who thieves as they render the company under progress .from ecobank operations department.
  • we have heard there is discrimination more than in other security companies and this can not bring development in the company so they should change and till with the vice you can not run the company as a family gain maximum development .
