St. Joseph Cemetery (also known less formally as the "Emmet Cemetery") is located about seven miles south and about a mile east of Beresford, South Dakota. Most of the burials at the cemetery are those of settlers and former residents of Emmet, South Dakota. St. Joseph's Catholic Church once stood at the site but no longer exists. A special monument now stands at the site where the church once stood.
