Named for a tuberculosis sanatorium, this small village north of Magee borders Legion Lake. Once home to the regions' only drive-in movie theatre, Boswell state hospital is the community's anchor. The hotel (now a half-way house) and apartments were for years maintained by the Grubbs family.
