Spruce Ridge Condominiums

The condominiums are part of a 30-unit development in White Plains. They range from 710 to 1,030 square feet, the one-bedroom town houses have one or two levels or one level and a loft, and all have one-car garages. Called Spruce Ridge Condominiums, the complex, designed by Thomas E. Haynes, was completed in 1988. It consists of 16 two-and-a-half-story buildings attached in a V shape that opens on North Kensico Avenue to give it the same look, at first glance, as the two single-family homes it replaced.
