Height: 1391 m. Thyroid volcano, situated on the western slope. The volcanic edifice is a destroyed shield-shaped volcanic array of diameter about 12 kilometres, horsehoe-shaped. By some assumptions, the volcano is an ancient ruined caldera. The volcano is comprised of lower-pleistocene basalt. The volcano is situated near the source of river Tigil'. Southwards there is volcano Malyy Chekchebonay it is merged in feet with.
