This group of buildings [Built in 1928] constitute the Turkish Minstry of Customs and Trade. Until July 2011 its name was "Prime Ministry Undersecretariat of Customs". The building was once used as The Prime Ministry of Turkey.

In the first floor there is a Customs Museum. Julian Column which was built by Romans is neighbor of the building.
