  • Wind Residences is a very nice project of SMDC but i assure you it will have a lot of problem in the future because of its project director - Sandro Javier, who is not qualified and capable to handle this project. He received bribes from his contractors in this project especially from Paravisible Construction. ( Mr. BIG BOY must know this.)
  • i second demotion to your statement i know mr. rod pabalate of paravisible in able him to win or get the projects, this is his play he gave bribes and everything just get project from smdc i went one time with mr. pabalate in mall of asia to meet one of the high personnel of smdc wayback 2011 and was given a lot of money in brown envelope he drove a black mitsubishi eclipse
