Albany’s Hudson/Park is bordered on the north by Center Square, on the south by Lincoln Park, and the east by the Nelson Rockefeller Empire State Plaza, it is bisected by Madison Avenue. The neighborhood has seen spill over from the Lark Street and Center Square areas and is similar in appearance to both neighborhoods in its mix of entertainment, restaurants, and historic housing. South of Madison Avenue, the Hudson/Park neighborhood is a part of the South End.
