This shops has had several occupiers. The most famous one of which being Graham Lemon who is mentioned in the 'Lestrygonians' episode of Ulysses. When Bloom passing Graham Lemon's sweet shop he notices the 'By Appointment' sign and imagines King Edward VII sitting on his throne sucking sweets. Graham Lemon's pineapple rock is also mentioned in the Sirens episode.
