Founded in 1955, the candy store Nilza Streets contributed by more than five decades to the confectionery tradition of Pelotas. By the early 2000s, the baker then began the process of transition from its "sweet story" to his niece, Annette Streets in order to preserve and conserve the traditional sweets of the family, so soon, Anette has one of the most well-renowned confectioners of Pelotas Century XXI. Today the company has its plant located at Av City of Lisbon in 1766, in the industrial district of Pelotas, at 1000 m to Br 116, prime location for receiving tourists and businessmen who pass daily through the city of Pelotas
