The Amsterdam Court of Appeal is going to be built here.

  • Niet zo n leuke plek
  • A disaster ready to happen. People make a lot of money cramping so many houses in such a small space without room to breath or have a view. social coherence is minimal. Even "de jordaan" is not so crowded now. maybe it was in the 1800's.
  • No, it's nothing like that anymore with modern plumbing, sewage, ventilation and safety standards, construction...higher densities is what cities require to be sustainable. Not sprawl.
