The Crescent was designed by William Firmage in about 1826. The three-bay centre is nicely emphasized by a three-bay pediment, a cast-iron balcony and a cast-iron porch.
The façade was restored in 1971 by Turton & Calow. The Crescent is Grade II* Listed, along with No. 56 King Street towards the north, and No. 38 Regent Road towards the south.
