Ambah is one of the 7 tehsils of Morena District of Madhya Pradesh. It is situated at the north-eastern tip of Morena District and lies very near to UP and Rajasthan Border. Ambah is situated on State Highway No. 2 (Morena to Bhind). Chambal river flows very near to Ambah. It lies 30 km north-east of Morena and about 65 km north of Gwalior. Nearest railway station is Morena and nearest airport is Gwalior Airport.
