"Golubaya Laguna" is a tourist comlex, including two hotels, pool complex (big and small outdoor swimming pools) with 3 slides, Finnish sauna, solarium, Jacuzzi filled with thermal water and bar. It also provides excursions (travel services) to the most interesting places of Kamchatka.
The complex is located 30 minutes away from the city, in a quiet woodland, surrounded by hills, close to a small lake.

  • Sometimes on the weekend we come here to swim. Prices for swimming are a litte higher than in nearby pools (eg "Flamingo", "Volna","Solnechnaya", "Gelios" etc.), but the service is better, too. In 2009, as I know by experience, it was the only swimming pool in Paratunka where you could get your individual locker with a key (other swimming pools suggested only 2 common dressing rooms - 1 for men and 1 for women, and no one would keep an eye on your things while you're away from the room). The range of services itself is about the same in every pool by now. But firstly, if you're expecting not only to swim, but to swim in thermal water, you'd better choose any other pool in Paratunka - water here is usual slightly chlorinated water. Things that you value can be left in the car (and, besides, I've never heard of anyone been robbed in any of the pools), but you'll be able to feel the use and pleasure of thermal water in the other pool. And, secondly, there are too many people in "Golubaya laguna" on weekend (and on holidays). If you'd like to visit a quieter place, you can go further to the settlement Thermal'nyi. There you should ask anyone about "the best pool in Thermal'nyi" and they'll show you the best one (and as for me, it is better than most of the pools in Paratunka:)).
