Historic district listed on the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP). The development (which is a now a co-op) consists of a total of 58 structures with 200 dwelling units, all rendered in the Colonial Revival style. The development is one of many in Bridgeport that was built to alleviate the housing shortage caused by the influx of laborers to the area during World War I.
