Oriented church planted in the curve on the south side of main street. No documents yet known about the origin and earliest periods of the present church building.
Repeated repairs and renovations of the three-aisled church with transept and west tower is a more difficult interpretation on grounds of style.
The reconstruction of the church which decided in 1600 lasted until 1611.
Complete restoration carried out in 1964-65.
Interior repainted in 1936-37, interior last repainted in 1993.
